Operations Specialist

Position Summary

This role will work closely with our clients and other departments within the Recor Medical
organization. You will work on the organization that client orders are processed on-time,
products are available in the required places, invoices are prepared and sent, ERP system is up
to date and Customers (internal and external) requests are served at the satisfaction of the
customer.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Builds and maintain robust relationships with clients responsible for product and
invoices
• Responsible for managing and administering the tender process in applicable countries,
with an initial focus on France.
• Assists Manager to coordinate with internal and external departments on customer
logistics services requests
• Contact point for clients/hospital/doctors requests (supply, delivery, invoices,…)
• Assists Manager to guarantee invoice verification and process
• Generates, distributes customer reports as established by Manager
• Reports customer complaints on loss/delays and other issues in a timely manner
• Enters customer feedback into a database and follows up on common problems
• Coordinates and track products requirements between different teams involved
• Works closely with all ReCor team members (especially regional Therapy Development
Team) to ensure high quality customer experience
• Anticipates customer needs and proactively help improving Recor processes

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years of broad front end Customer Service experience
• Experience with French Tenders (watch publications, preparation of the applications and
submit applications)
• Solid Excel skills
• Experience with an enterprise system like SAP, QAD, Netsuite, or similar
• Self-motivated and rapid learner
• Team Player & good communicator
• Customer oriented
• Result and action oriented
• Experience in Medical Device is a plus
• Fluent French, English and German (Any other language is a plus)
