Position Summary
Leading implementation of therapy and market development programs for improving patient access, patient pathways and development of reference sites in the field of renal denervation per ultrasound in the region. Engage with the marketing team, therapy specialists and customers to build awareness and availability of the paradise-therapy for all patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Part of the role is to be trained and certified on our products and to support cases with our customers
- Develop continuous treatment with uRDN in ATC (Centers of Excellence) accounts and further develop the pool of customers if reimbursement is in place.
- Go deep in each account (patient treatment)
- Having a strong engagement for activities related to product marketing, product launch, competitive analysis, therapy and market development
- Working closely with EMEA Marketing for defining and setting strategies of regional marketing and therapy development programs
- Developing concepts and aligning programs with product, market development and brand strategies
- Developing external programs to allow more patients to get the therapy according to their indication
- Leading the execution of market development initiatives to drive referral pathway development and build the need of Paradise-Therapy for hypertensive patients
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with customers and key-opinion leaders
- Anticipating internal and customer needs for product, therapy and market development activities
- Lead the contain and concept of sponsored symposia and advisory board meetings
- Partnering with the Training & Education group for implementing educational programs
- Developing initiatives for dissemination of clinical evidence and messages together with the clinical team
- Partnering with the health economics team to address cost-effectiveness messaging and impact in the market through various customer channels
- Showing strong capabilities in teamwork, leading projects, creativity and curiosity
- Developing solid network with societies, Key-opinion leaders and customers involved in the management of hypertension
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, engineering) or similar type of higher education and professional experience in Lifesciences or MedTech industry
- Strong networking, plus communication and presentation skills, Cath lab experience
- Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and within matrix structures
- Enthusiastic, positive and professional team player, self-starter mentality
- Solid therapy development hands-on experience with a new innovative therapy
- Clinical experience and background welcome
- Strong commercial mindset, positive can-do attitude and customer orientation
- Analytical in approach with strong execution skills to drive and generate results
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Fluent in English is mandatory

- What we expect is 70% travel time
