Position Summary
Recor is looking for a creative, motivated and self-driven Product Specialist. The primary focus of this role would be to lead and drive a broad range of EMEA wide initiatives & programs for our Recor Paradies Renal Denervation System aligned with the Vision, Objectives and Goals of the business plan to position and set up Recor Medical for short- and long-term success.
This position will report to the VP Therapy Development EMEA, but very closely partner and actively support and drive the Marketing activities in partnership with the entire Marketing Team EMEA for targeted markets within DACH and Non-DACH region. This role will also closely work and communicate with the Commercial EMEA Team and the Global Marketing team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Help execute the go-to-market strategy & programs for the Paradise Ultrasound RDN system and the establishment of uRDN as gold standard for renal denervation
- Provide field marketing and therapy development support and oversee execution of EMEA marketing and therapy development plans and goals
- Develop communication strategies related to key marketing initiatives and orchestrate data dissemination process with cross-functional teams
- Responding to outside requests for samples, literature, and general information around our products or company
- Creation of product and therapy development support tools for the field
- Interact with customers and related stakeholders and co-ordinate Therapy development type events like scientific meetings, advisory boards and round table meetings
- Interact regularly with the commercial field team to understand their challenges and needs to develop and prioritize the necessary tools and programs
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to track market and competitive trends, and pivot strategic direction when necessary
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hypertension market and industry trends, clinical data and emerging areas of opportunities, supports market research efforts and tracks and monitors competitive behaviors and trends.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to differentiate the Paradise Ultrasound RDN system and Recor Medical against the competition.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team and US Upstream marketing team and R&D to provide feedback concerning current Recor products and next generation

- Able to understand the technologies of Paradise Ultrasound RDN system and its competitors
- Able to understand clinical related data and information and translate them into marketable material & tools
- Fluent in English, German not mandatory but an asset
- 5+ years’ dedicated experience working in marketing, sales or sales support in Medical Devices
- Ability to operate in a rapidly growing ‘start-up’ environment
- Ability to effectively coordinate cross-functionally to deliver products on time and within budget
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Solid skills with all Office tools in PPT, Excel, Word
- Position will require some travel (up to 50%, both domestic and international)
- Showing strong capabilities in teamwork, creativity and curiosity
- Self-motivated and rapid learner
- Additional European language(s).
- Knowledge and experience in the interventional cardiology and radiology field
- Special project management skills & experience
